• Big Brothers Big Sisters: Annual Dream Builders Car Show ($400,000 raised over 7 years).
• Nightly 50/50 Raffle: 30 organizations each year including:  Relay for Life, American Cancer Society, Wounded Warriors, Boys n Girls Club, Monroe Senior Center, Housing Hope, Monroe High School, Kacy's Hope, Shriners, Lion's Club, Rotary, United Way, Evergreen Fair Foundation, MS Foundation, Sky Valley Food Bank, The Rock Church, multiple Youth Sports organizations, and more.
• Fund Raising Program - Tickets are offered to non-profits to sell and keep 50% of the proceeds.
• Salute to Military: All active, reserve and retired military members are admitted free to every race.
• Evergreen Health / Susan B. Komen Association: Mobile Mammogram on-site / October
• Autism Speaks Poker Run:  Location host
